Sitewise keeps a record of all reports previously run within your account to ensure easy access in the case the data may be required in the future.
Use Case
- I forgot to add my email address to the report I ran, and it never appeared in the bottom right corner as it was a larger file. What can I do?
- I previously ran a report and accidentally deleted the downloaded report file I was using to analyze a site. How can I get it back?
How To Access
There are two ways to access the Report History page:
- Using the
icon located on the Profile tab's tool bar. - Using the
icon located on the right-hand side of the tool bar and choosing Report History.
Both will prompt the Report History page to appear. Here the name of the report, the date it was created, and the email address it was sent to (if any) will appear.
- Download a previously run report by clicking on its name in the Report Results column.
- Choose View Project to load the project that the report created. All study areas you saw when generating the report will be visible in this project. This will refresh the Profile and Map tab, loading the project's study areas onto the map.
- The Request Date column provides the date the report was run.
- If the report was sent to a specific email address, this will appear in the Email To column.
You can sort the Report History table by clicking on the column headers as needed.

Note: If you cannot locate the report, you’re looking for but recall the date and time range it was run, then please
