Transferring a File to Sitewise

Use the Sitewise Portal to easily and securely transfer files to the Sitewise team. This method is especially useful if your file contains sensitive information or is too large to send over email.

  1. Sales Data 
  2. Locations File 
  3. Customer Data 

How to Transfer a File 

  1. Click on the Settings icon  and select Sitewise Portal from the settings menu. 
     
  2. A separate Portal window will open in your browser.  
  3. In Sitewise Portal navigate to the 'Transfers' tab on the left side of the screen. 
  4. Drag and drop files into the grey box and click Upload File. 

    Notes
    If you're transferring multiple files at once, please compress them to a ZIP file before uploading them to the Sitewise Portal 
  5. Once a file has been successfully uploaded it should appear in the ‘Files’ section, below the upload box. 
  6. Here you can see the file’s:  
    1. name,  
    2. size 
    3. upload date  
  7. Sitewise will be sent a notification of your upload, which will automatically be removed after 15 days.
