Changing Your Sitewise Password

If you forgot or need to change your password, there is a quick and easy way to update it.
  1. Navigate to the Sitewise Login Screen.
  2. Click the 'Reset’ link highlighted below.

  3. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter the email address that is associated with your account. Once you’ve entered your email, click 'Reset Password'.

  4. Navigate to your email inbox and follow the steps outlined in the password reset email.
    1. Make sure the new password is at least 10 characters long and includes an upper-case character, a number, and a symbol.  
If the password reset email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you did not receive the email, or the new password does not work, please reach out to Sitewise Support.
