To access Sitewise, you’ll need a user license. This will be set up by your organization admin and, once approved, you will receive an email from support@sitewise.com that will prompt you to activate your account.
If you’re unable to locate the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk/spam folders.
Your username will be your company email address, and the link in the email to activate your account will allow you to set a password to use for logging in.
For special cases requiring you to login with multiple accounts, there may be specific instructions in the email about your login credentials.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On, you might not receive an email. If this is the case, please talk to your Organization Administrator for further information about account set up.
Once your account has been activated, you will be able to login through your browser on the Sitewise Login Page.
