Regrid Parcel Boundaries

Regrid Parcel Boundaries

Parcel boundaries from Regrid  are detailed geographic representations of individual land parcels, outlined on maps to show property lines and ownership boundaries. These boundaries are part of geospatial datasets used to identify and analyze land ownership, zoning, and land use information. This dataset covers over 152 million parcels in the US.

Each parcel includes owner details, address information, parcel price, zoning, and size that will help you and your organization determine whether a parcel is a viable location to build your next store!

Methodology

The data is gathered and aggregated by Regrid from public records, including tax assessor and land registry data from local, county, and state governments. They also work with trusted partners to digitize any paper maps. To ensure data accuracy, Regrid preforms visual inspections, does not manually align parcels to Ariel imagery and use geospatial functions to correct errors in individual parcels polygons.
